The charter renewal, approved during the February 26, 2025, SCSC Board of Commissioners meeting, follows a comprehensive evaluation of SCCA’s academic achievement, financial stability, and organizational performance. The school met and exceeded expectations in these areas, reinforcing its commitment to excellence.
A Testament to Success
“This renewal is a testament to the dedication of our teachers, staff, students, and families who work together to make SCCA the best learning environment possible,” said Kylie Holley, PCA/SCCA School District Superintendent. “We are honored to have our charter renewed and grateful for the continued trust placed in us by the State Charter Schools Commission of Georgia.”
Exciting Growth: Expanding to 12th Grade
With this renewal comes another exciting announcement—SCCA will expand to include 12th grade beginning in the 2025-2026 school year! This means that SCCA’s first graduating class will proudly walk across the stage in 2026.
The addition of 12th grade marks a significant step forward in SCCA’s long-term vision to offer a comprehensive K-12 education, ensuring students are fully prepared for college, careers, and beyond.
Looking Ahead
As SCCA continues to grow, the school remains committed to its mission of providing a challenging and enriching educational experience that empowers students to achieve their full potential. With a strong foundation in place, SCCA is ready to take on the future—one student at a time.
